AT WORK

Marcia began her legal career in 1989 as an associate attorney with the Chicago office of the law firm of Mayer Brown. In 1994, Marcia taught law at DePaul University Law School . In 2001 she became a consultant with Seyfarth Shaw At Work, leading seminars on compliance with EEOC guidelines to Fortune 500 companies. From 2000-2004 Marcia frequently served on a three-person panel hearing and deciding numerous cases as an arbitrator for Cook County, Illinois. In 2004 she joined the firm of Ottenheimer Teplinsky Rosenbloom LLC where she practiced until joining the firm of Kaplan & Greenswag LLC in 2007.

IN THE PROFESSION

Marcia is admitted to practice in Illinois , the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Marcia is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
